Lesbian Travel: The Napa Valley |

 The Napa Valley is known for its beautiful vineyards, elegant cuisine, and quaint boutique shops. Although I am not of legal drinking age and thus cannot participate in any wine tasting quite yet, I took advantage of the opportunity to take a weekend to the Valley to see what else the Bay Area has to offer!
My visit began with a drive up to Downtown Napa, where there were more cafes and boutiques that I knew what to do with. The General Store was the restaurant of choice for lunch, located right in the heart of the town. Then we took a few hours to drive up through the entire Napa Valley, through the towns of Yountville, St. Helena, and Calistoga.
Along the way we soaked up the California sun and the abundance of beautiful vineyards lining the California highway. We even stopped at the Culinary Institute of America to take a tour of the immaculate grounds and well-stocked gift shop. I am not big on cooking, but after seeing what goes on in that magical place I might even consider going to culinary school.
