Ann earned her Minnesota real estate sales license back in in 1994, and became an ERA Dakota-Metro Realty agent shortly after. She was presented with a Customer Satisfaction award in 1996, and became a graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI). Ann earned her Broker's license in 1998, and started Mavrik Realty.
In 2000, she was named an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and became a part of the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) only 5% of all US Realtors get to be Certified Residential Specialists.
Ann is a member of the Southern Twin Cities Association of Realtors, the Minnesota Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
